A neighborhood restaurant and a long conversation. Everyone gets a separate check, and booking another Wednesday takes one tap.

Owners & founders

You own and run a business. A bakery counts, and so does a fund, a software company or a landscaping crew. We don't care about industry or headcount, only that the business is yours.

Relationships over transactions

Come to meet owners you'd like to know, swap ideas and help each other out. Talk about your business all you like. Don't sell to people who didn't ask, recruit, or work the room for leads.

Before you request a seat.

What is Tribecca?
Tribecca is a dinner club for founders and business owners. You apply once, and we seat you at a matched table of 6 to 8 people who run businesses of their own. Dinners are Wednesdays at 6:30 PM.
What does it cost?
You'll need a Tribecca wristband to book. It's how your table spots you at dinner. The first 50 Oakland members get their wristband free, and we bring it to them. After that, $20 plus $5 shipping. You pay the restaurant for your own meal on a separate check.
Who can join?
Anyone who owns and runs a business, in any industry and at any size. We look at ownership and intent. Two rules: every member owns and runs a business of their own, and pitching — recruiting, prospecting, or selling to fellow members — is prohibited at dinners and throughout the community. Members can flag pitching, and a flag has consequences.
How does matching work?
Your application tells us what you're building. Once you're approved, a few short questions tell us the kind of table you like. For each dinner we seat you at a table of 6 to 8 owners from different industries who should get along, and we send talking points before you arrive.
Where is Tribecca?
Oakland is our first city. We're choosing its first members now, and Wednesday dinners begin in October. Other cities open once enough people there join the waitlist. Add your city.
